Mosques attacked in wake of Charlie Hebdo shooting

In Villefranche-sur-Saone, northeast France, an explosion has been reported early today in front of a kebab restaurant near a mosque.
French press announced that there is no death or injury at the explosion in Villefranche-sur-Saone, Rhone region. Yet material damage is detected at the reestaurant after the explosion.
French Police has already started an investigation about the incident and is expected to make a public statement about the first impresions.
Whether the explosion is connectod to yesterday attack in Paris which end up with 12 death is still unknown.
Meanwhile, a mosque in Le Mans, northwestern France, was attacked overnight with a bullet being fired into the building and several "training grenades" being thrown into its courtyard, French media has reported.
One of the four grenades exploded early on Thursday, but no injuries were reported, according to local newspaper Le Maine Libre.
A gunshot was also reported overnight and a bullet found to have struck the building.
Three unexploded grenades were found by police.
Police have cordoned off the area and are investigating the incident.
Anti-Islam writings in Austria mosque
In Vienna, capital of Austria, writings attacking Islam were found on Tuna Mosque building belonged to Vienna Islamic Center.
The writings were noticed by the local people who came to the mosque for the morning pray. After they report the police abou the incident, an investigation started.
Mosque official stated that they saw the writings at the morning pray and informed the local police. He added that he believed it was an act under the influence of Paris attack.
He also says that lately hatred against Islam is rising in Austria, as pig limbs are left in mosque yards and women in scarf are attacked. “They disturb us too,” he added. “How can be sure they're not going to harm us while we're praying at nights?”
During the last six months in Austria, a head of a pig is left in the construction area of Eyüp Sultan Islamic High School; nazi sign is drawn on another mosque building in the city of Telfs; and many women in scarfs faced verbal and physical attacks.
