Antiquities gears up to exclude Abu Hasseirra mausoleum off monuments

Lawyer Ahmed Attyia, said he headed to Germany to attain the official translation of verdict of the Administrative Court, Alexandria on December 29 to write Jacob Abu Haaseirra’s tomb off the Islamic and Coptic monuments. The verdict stipulates clearly not to move relics of Abu Hasseirra to the occupied Palestine. It is worth to mention Israel asked the UNESCO to transfer Abu Hasseirra to Jerusalem.
The verdict stipulates also to abolish the annual festival of birthday of him, as it is in contra with the religious ethics.
Attyia added the verdict bases on studies of Deutsch scholars like Kurt Wiezmann, Von Ranke and Klaus Barlaska.
Verdict of the Egyptian court is an international one. It applies treaty of protecting the world cultural heritage authorized by the United Nations. Egypt is among the signatories of it.
