How to get rid of Garlic smell

Any place with a temperate climate can be used to grow garlic. It becomes easy to grow garlic because plants are not attacked by insects and pests. However, garlic plants suffer from pink root in which the root of the plant to turn red or pink. The taste and smell of garlic is mainly due to the sulfur content therein. The main component of odor is believed diallyl disulfide heat sensation is due to allicin. When cooked, allicin is destroyed so the spicy flavor is greatly reduced. Other names of garlic is the “stinking rose” by smell.
It becomes very important to remove garlic breath after eating. If the smell comes from the hand, it is best to wash your hands with soap and rub against a hard surface and sharp as a knife. I prefer to use stainless steel for the job or the end result would not be much satisfactory. It is believed that the sulfur in garlic sticks to stainless steel and gets out of hand. In fact, doing so is better even for stainless steel because the sulfur content allows you to become stronger and hands are also clean.
Besides stainless steel, you can try using lemon juice on your hands. Squeeze the lemon into a bowl and dip your hands in it for about 5 minutes. Your hands do not smell like lemon and garlic. Hands can be cleaned with a mixture of water and baking soda. Try this solution for about 15 minutes and remove the horrible smell.
Garlic breath is worse than having your hands smell. The odor may be evident in the breath for a long time. The sulfur is metabolized and allyl methyl sulfide is formed. This is then passed to the blood because the body is unable to digest. It is excreted through sweat, breath and sequels are terrible.
Changing the diet is perhaps the best way to eliminate garlic breath. Drink lots of milk and eat lemons regularly. Mashed potatoes and leafy vegetables can be eaten along with the mushrooms and carrots to enhance the effects. If you are fond of eating sweets, then you can always eat sweet food products daily to keep your breath clean.
Eating too much candy can be harmful to the gums, so make sure you do not eat a lot of them. Gum peppermint are effective in eliminating bad breath daily, but are not very effective against garlic breath. A better idea may be mint leaves instead of gum. Chew at least three or four leaves each day to have fresh and clean breath.
Just after garlic, drink a cup of tea immediately. This would help the sulfur not be secreted through breathing. Try to avoid garlic, but if you can use it, make sure you are using fresh onions and garlic.
