Tunisia may mortgage "Rades" Stadium to cover budget deficit

Tunisian Minister of State Property Hatem al-Ashi stated today, Thursday, that the Tunisian government will submit a proposal to mortgage a number of public properties, including the Rades Olympic Stadium within the Finance Act of 2016 to cover the deficit in its budget.
